Description of the change

Retire bitnami flavored mysql subchart and replace with the PXC cluster chart

Benefits

Bitnami's container images are now closed source, so they don't get updates. Percona's PXC will allow us to have modern secure images.

Possible drawbacks

Users will need to install the PXC operator
