Describe the feature you'd like, and why

Perhaps it can straight up be a second smol-app we deploy and that app is just like... a couple ExternalSecrets and a postgresql cluster? 🤔

Additional context

I think making it part of the existing matrix app is getting into difficult territory :/ and will make the new matrix smol-app too complex for smol-k8s-lab to handle gracefully in our new smol-appy way of doing things.
