Describe the feature you'd like, and why

LetsEncrypt's production servers are very particular about requesting new certs. They don't like you requesting too many at once and so when backing up and restoring an entire cluster over and over again, it would be beneficial to be able to restore those directly out of openbao, instead of having to manually back them up, which is what we do right now.

Describe alternatives you've considered, if any

Manually backing them up to a directly in plain text :(
