Describe the feature you'd like, and why

Currently, we have a whole library dedicated to openbao operations. We'd like to opensource that as it's own library and then import it into smol-k8s-lab, so that we and others can use it outside of smol-k8s-lab for other tasks.

Tasks

natively authenticate to k8s
natively auth with root token to specific openbao url
release
use in smol-k8s-lab instead of our custom class
notify openbao team

Describe alternatives you've considered, if any

We could keep it as is, but we can't be the only people who need this in python :)
