You can now set the following:

coturn
  ports:
    # -- NodePort to use for the insecure listening port
    # only used if service.type=NodePort
    listeningNodePort: 30000
    # -- NodePort to use for the secure listening port
    # only used if service.type=NodePort
    tlsListeningNodePort: 30100

Should fix https://codeberg.org/open-engineering/coturn-chart/issues/5
