Open Engineering Mail Stack

This is a basic attempt at getting a solid mail stack on Kubernetes, using common and well known existing mail FOSS email tooling.

We're still experimenting here, but our first goal is to get a working setup for exim and/or postfix.

From there we'll build with dovecot and rspamd and possibly other things such as cyrus. Stay tuned!
