Other Changes

  • gets rid of a bunch of references to secret_keys in our default app configs
  • adds git.open.engineering/oeng/argocd-apps to more default apps as allowed source repos
  • formats generic_app to be a proper smol-app
  • a bunch of basic linting throughout all our other python files.
