We now always default to db-credentials and s3-db-credentials when it comes to restoring postgresql to match what we do for mysql and eventually futher merge the restore processes.
updates a few apps to now always allow our new git forge
fix how we check for the seaweedfs deployment (should match app env AND app name)

fix restores of seaweedfs to properly check for existing app and then fix default configs for forgejo and gotosocial to be able to use the new configs bfaf1185c9
