Fixes for Harbor

  • generate the correct redirect_uri for harbor using c/oidc/callback
  • generate a special set of credentials for harbor's job service
  • always prepend the protocol for the issuer when saving it to your ExternalSecrets provider
  • now we allow our new forge URL as a default allowed repo for harbor projects
