  many tiny fixes for restores, refreshes of all apps, and fixes to libretranslate, peertube, and grafana-stack #84

  • use .get() instead of direct dictionary queries for argocd install_app method parsing of the argo section of the app files (important for directory_recursion param)

  • set restore.enabled=false for default libretranslate app config

  • always run external_secrets.set_app("libretranslate", cfg) when configuring libretranslate

  • bump patch versions of deps: zensical, rich-subproc, and bitwarden-wrapper

  • don't fail if there's no OIDC setup for the core app set (just log a debug line that it's not setup when it comes to ArgoCD app refreshes)

  • Always return the external_secrets object out of the zitadel run, even if zitadel is disabled for this environment

  • add a while true loop for trying to initialize openbao, just in case the pod isn't up initially

  • make the secrets for peertube more consistent and use the external_secrets.provider variable to determine if we run bitwarden specific conditionals

  • query app credentials by their full names and clean up how we log and output special case credentials for default apps

  • clean up the grafana stack to always search for app name grafana-stack. Also fix the conditionals that were a bit wordy.

  • fix the wait for seaweedfs to be back up after a restore to use the app_fullname
